Description
● SYNOPSIS: A Four Season Camper ● Built for Boon-Docking ● 18' Long ● SUV & Crossover towable (3700 empty / 5000 max lb) ● Double Hulll (boats are double hulled) Sanitary Fiberglass ● Tons of lights, bright white interior
● PHONES DON'T SHOW THE FULL AD, DESKTOPS DO: Looking forward to your questions & offers
● UPGRADED MATTRESS OPTION: (A valuable convenience generally only in larger campers). 10” deep, quality KTT brand, latex foam, built for Oliver. *** The seating cushions for back table area are not in this unit. ‘Bed builder’ companies {such as Beds-n-Beds, Sioux Falls} can make customized cushions & covers. They have black vinyl. I found their bid surprisingly reasonable, plus a quick turnaround).
● WHY MINIMAL PHOTOS?: Decided to sell just a few days ago, while it's 450 miles away, at an Oliver dealership for 1) inspection, 2) minor repairs & 3) winterizing. When I pick it up approximately Mon 10/28 - Sun 11/3, I’ll take photos.
● WHY I'M SELLING MY DREAM CAMPER: After all my years of research prior to purchase, being a single, older woman with zero camper, camping or mechanical knowledge is an issue for me. (I’ve paid people to: back up, hook up the hitch, empty the tanks, filling water tanks, etc). It just sits on my property (protected, under a lean-to).
● INSPECTION FINDINGS: (see attached photos of receipt) By Denver’s B&B RV, an official Oliver dealership. Todays date: Fri 10/26/24: 1) A new $150 part has been ordered from Carefree for awning (hand operated type). B&B will contact me when they have an ETA of part shipment. 2) The fridge front panel (shiny black) is being re-ordered. 3) Battery drawer was repaired. 4) I had the table leg (that came with the camper) installed in the fiberglass floor. 5) They mention how the tires are good, but they are nearing a 'suggested 5 year replacement’. 6) The screen door handle needed another screw.
● OPTIONAL ‘LEMON SQUAD’ INSPECTION AVAILABLE (AN ‘RV TRADER.COM’ RESOURCE) WHILE THE BUYER IS PRESENT: (approx $450 plus mileage). RV Trader has 'Lemon Squad' inspectors available ‘wherever the camper is located’ that can be scheduled around a purchasers schedule, an ‘in-person’ inspection
● INCLUDED VINDATA REPORT: (*** click the link in this listing to see the clear report for this unit). It searched the VIN number for title history, any open liens, value, safety recalls, etc
●● ● ● ● MISCELLANEOUS. ● ● ● ● ●
● TOWABLE BY SUV'S & CROSSOVERS - 18' long (from tip of hitch to rear bumper). (see attached photo of partial list of smaller vehicles). Unloaded it’s 3700 lbs with GVWR (recommended max loaded weight) of 5,000. I’ve barely used the camper, but I have pulled it 2,500 miles. I found it very easy, possibly too easy, since, it’s basically imperceptible behind my half ton truck, reminding myself that I need to keep my speeds down while pulling.
● THIS IS AN ACTUAL 'FOUR SEASON' BOON DOCKING TYPE CAMPER: (see attached video of a tour of Oliver’s factory). Double hulled, totally enclosed, no air infiltration spots, effective insulating, amazing. Also, amazing in high temperatures A comfortable 'home base', such as when hunting, or just traveling in our variable US climate
● OLIVER UNIVERSITY: Oliver’s official online on-demand tutorial videos, detailed, concise information, easy access & well organized information.
● OWNERS MANUAL: I laminated all the pages. Useful during off grid travels (Cost of laminating was $175 and this was kindly a discounted price at Kinko’s)
● OLIVER FACEBOOK GROUPS: Like-minded, technically minded answers, answered quickly. I found it to be a valuable resource.
●OLIVER RALLY'S AND GET-TOGETHERS: Like minded individuals just enjoying themselves together
● ● ● ● ● TERMS. ● ● ● ● ●
● TITLE: I have the title for an easy transaction.
● TERMS: A $1000 downpayment to hold, wire transfered or cash. Cash or a certified bank wire transfer will allow for immediate access to the camper.
