NEVER USED ***2025*** Ozark 2300RBLE. Length- 28.7 ft, inside height of the trailer is 8ft, overall height is 13ft, width is 8ft. GVWR is 7575lbs. We bought this brand new in September of last year to use as a vacation trailer and it has been protected in covered storage ever since. It has never been slept in, hasn't been cooked in, bathroom hasn’t been used, never been taken anywhere, it’s literally new. We are only selling it due to my wife becoming homebound. It has TWO AC units, one is ductless and one has air ducts all throughout the trailer. Tankless water heater, King size bed with storage underneath and cabinets above and on the side, freezer and fridge, stove, microwave, sink with a glass rinser, toliet with huge amount of leg room, two sinks in the bathroom, tall shower, no carpet to get dirty it is all vinyl flooring throughout the trailer, the couch can also turn into a pullout. Many windows to bring the light in and make it look and feel even bigger on the inside and also has an awning plus much more not mentioned. I have the clean title in hand.
