Low mileage -- less than 27,000 miles. This 2007 33 foot Class A Monaco Monarch is available for immediate purchase. This is a PowerHorse V8 gas powered engine (less than 500 miles since last oil change), was very well maintained in accordance with specified intervals, and is complete with NorCold electric/ propane refrigerator (recently serviced), and multiple tools, supplies, and accessories, including Falcon auto tow hitch & wiring harness. Water heater, both A/C units, fridge, water pump and water system, 3 burner stove, microwave, all lighting, black and grey tanks/ valves, slide out, and awning are all in working order. House batteries, 4 in total, were replaced in the Fall of 2022 and the propane tank is ¾ full.

FULL Disclosure, the generator with less than 275 hours is not working. The exterior has some weathering, and the interior is very good condition.
