We purchased this RV new in 2007 and it has been lightly used and is in excellent shape and has been well maintained. Sleeps 10. Currently has 16079 miles on it. This is listed at 35'9" so I believe it is considered a 36'. I would deliver depending on negotiations (would need to have motorhome paid for before).
