ROCKWOOD ROO 235S Clean title in hand!

This 235S includes two large queen size beds and dinette folds down to produce a full size bed. It includes full kitchen, including oven, stove and microwave, sink, counter etc.

There is a fire place and 42 HD TV with theater seats. CD/DVD player and interior and exterior speakers. Interior storage is spacious. Full bathroom with shower mirror, sink toilet and lots of storage.

Outside there is an outdoor kitchen, with cabinet and counter space, with 2, 120-volt AC outlets. Two-burner stove top on a swing-out arm that tucks away. 17-inch griddle that mounts onto a sliding track on the bonded fiberglass side wall. Outdoor storage with large pass through in front and two other outdoor accessible storage locations.

Windows on all sides of the large slide-out with access door to a storage cubby beneath one of the booth dinettes seats. Outdoor shower. Hookups for water, cable and electric are clustered together beneath the rear bed next to another exterior cargo door. Two Queen sized beds fold out front and rear, see pics.

Includes: Eazi Lift load leveler/sway control with trailer hitch. All grey/black water houses & connectors, sewer line ladder to keep it off the ground and angled correctly. Two external levelers that when used provide a rock solid floor with no movement. 4 Corner load levelers. Insulation inserts for pull down bedrooms. And Solar bunk end covers by popup gizmo. All electrical cords and surge protection and water hose.

Trailer is in fantastic shape with 2, 6 volt batteries. Batteries held up for 4 nights using Cpap before charging in October. Did brake inspection and repacked the wheel bearings. 2025 versions of the Roo 235S are selling for $35K to $37K currently. 2020 Version of Rockwood Roo sold for $27K in 2020. Only, Due to declining health, used very little. Camped only at valley of Fire. Never been on a dirt road. Parked in covered storage only.
