2017 Forest River FR3 30DS. Vehicle was purchased new in 2017and is in great shape. Vehicle has 18,782 miles on it and has been maintained on a regular basis. Engine is a Ford V10 Triton with oil changes every 5,000 miles. Generator is a Cummins Onan RV OG 4000 which is the perfect size for this motor home. Oil and filter in generator changed yearly.

Master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and lots of closet and storage space. RV has 2 slideouts, one in the master bedroom, and the other is in the main cabin area (dinette and couch). RV was used for personal use-2 adults only and never rented out. No smoking of any kind or pets inside the coach. Three (3) TV's-one in living area, one in master and one outside. There is a digital TV antenna so you can watch TV or movies while camping. There are also 2 outside speakers so you can listen to your favorite tunes at the camp site.

Don't worry about the weather! This coach has an Arctic package so you will be warm when it's cold out and and awesome AC unit to keep you cool when the temperature rises.
