The 1025 is a long unit, and heavy, dry weight 2540 pounds. Full kitchen, toilet with shower. Propane refrigerator and heat. A/C unit. All Season insulation.

This unit has an incredibly unique, customized wallpaper interior from a prior owner. There are no cabinets in the sleeping area, just areas to hang things, there is a queen-sized memory foam bed. This unit is all-season, has insulation, and stays both cool and warm easily. I'm not sure if the dining area in this model can flip into a bed, I have not been able to do it myself since inheriting the unit 4 years ago.

The back ladder going to the roof is bent from being backed into a tree at some point, but there is no structural damage to the trailer.

The trailer is in incredible shape and an exquisitely cozy custom.

I'm selling because the old truck it was riding on gave out, and I am unable to replace it for the forseeable future.
