We are the second owner of this very mechanically maintained RV. It has 86,026 miles. For 16 years, the engine, transmission and generator fluids were changed every single year. The engine, transmission and generator have run perfectly throughout the time we have owned it. The outside is in above average condition with a little fading.

The roof and floors are in perfect shape with 0 leaks. The tires are between 4 and 5 years old and have about 25000 miles.
The interior is in very good condition with updated LED lighting. The flooring in the main areas has been updated to LVT solid surface. The unit has 2 slides work well, but occasionally need an adjustment, which is inside the cab,

The jacks go down perfectly but 2 of them are very slow to come up, we think it's because they need new jack spring lifters.

Both the dash air conditioning and house air conditioning work. The dash air that runs when you're driving was totally redone in 2024.

New batteries in 2024.

The unit is basically turn key, you could leave on a trip in it immediately.

We drove it on a trip in it out West fall of 24and put on about 6200 miles towing a jeep on a trailer.

The outside shower was unhooked since we never use it.
