For sale: 2002 Monaco Dynasty. Rare model 36SL. One of three made in that year and the last year the Dynasty was offered in a shorter length. The Dynasty is known as a high quality and higher end motorhome. It has a cummins ISL engine and a allison 3000 transmission. It has a one piece windshield a one piece fiberglass roof and welded steel trussed sidewall construction. There are two airbags at each wheel with the HWH air suspension and leveling system. The tires are michelin XZAs with bilstein shock absorbers.

If you enter 2002 monaco Dynasty brochure in a computer search and click on recreational vehicle info the complete brochure will come up with all the specifications. The floor plan of the motorhome is shown in the brochure. The 36SL model has a very workable floor plan with a living room/kitchen slide out. The bedroom has the bed going fore and aft which means there is no need for slide outs in the bedroom.

Very long time owner has maintained the motorhome to the highest level. It has had many updated improvements installed. The motorhome shows only minor cosmetic wear and is in way above average condition. The motorhome is very clean inside, outside and in the engine compartment. The motorhome has never been driven on salted roads so the under carriage is in good condition.The odometer shows 100,900 miles. It should be good for at least that many more.

There are some areas on the motorhome that paint has been redone due to surface scratches but the color match is not perfect. It was planned to have these areas redone at a company that does motorhome paint repair but that has not yet been done.

Since purchase the motorhome has been used for a two week vacation in the spring and again in the fall. The rest of the time it is in a climate controlled storage building.

Due to the overall condition and the the many updated improvements the price of $55,000 is considered to be very fair.
