Great condition, one owner,purchased new July 2022. Non smoker, no pets, no kids. Two entry doors. Rear kitchen, booth style dinette makes into extra bed. Queen size bed in master. Upgraded dual batteries powered by rooftop solar panel. Recent Brake check and bearing grease pack service. All tires in excellent condition. Had incurred some damage to front top, left side in 2023 which was professionally repaired by Unlimited Collision in Phoenix Az. Has since been through 3 full Colorado winter seasons with no leaks or issues.
