Nice clean toy hauler in very good shape. Everything works as it should. We haul 2 street bikes + 2 dirt bikes & have spent more than 70 nights in it. We love it, but wanted a larger camper. Comes with upgraded alloy wheels, newer Goodyear Endurance tires, full sized spare & a stabilizing hitch with Reece stabilizer. Features: Solar ready, dual propane tanks, electric tongue jack, dual fuel fridge, direct spark ignition dual fuel hot water heater, 2 skylights, larger kitchen sink with sprayer, large pantry, additional shelving, pull handle on screen door, blackout shades in bedroom, stay open hinges on over bed doors, larger TV, & a front awning. The upgraded queen mattress has always been kept in a full zip, waterproof cover. It had a leak by the cargo door on the floor, (near the license plate), when we bought it 2 years ago. We fixed the floor & caulked the whole camper. Occasionally the back corner gets damp (not inside). We pressure tested the camper & used an infrared camera to test for leaks. The roof & walls stay dry.
