Excellent condition, many upgrades (TV, mattress topper, extra storage spaces), stored indoors in heated garage during winter, less than 20 towed hours total on the road (towed, parked and used in only one location), power awning, outdoor speakers, lights, outdoor wash station, original owners and very well cared for!
