This coach is perfect for our large family of seven. Everyone gets their own bed. We got it for mountain biking and ski trips and it is perfect for our large family and all our gear. Its got a ton of storage both inside and out. Low mileage and in good condition. It recently had a tuneup and the RV tech did a 50 point inspection and there were no issues.

We're still using it so mileage may change but about 25,000 miles.

The 37LS has an over-head bunk, queen bed in loft, sofa sleeper, a dinette sleeper and two jack knife sofas in the garage. A Ford 6.8L Triton V10 engine. There are 3 total A/C's units with one being in the garage. The living area has leatherette seating for the driver and passenger seats and a dinette. This coach has hydraulic leveling. The kitchen has an electric 3-burner stove, an oven, and a microwave.
