This is a 2005 Pleasure Way Excel TS based on the Ford Econoline E-350 platform. Notably, Pleasure Way does not use the cutaway like a class C, but rather the passenger/cargo body like a class B, but with a fiberglass widebody making it a class B+.

109,750miles, may go up slightly as we drive it on occasion. The interior features a full wet bath, electric sofa bed, water heater, and copious amounts of storage. There are also exterior storage compartments built into the fiberglass body. The rear sofa includes 2 seat belts for additional seating.

V10 engine with 5 speed automatic transmission with tow/haul functionality. Heat, cruise, brakes, etc. all work as they should. Newer ball joints, front brakes, and wheel bearings. Brand new tires. Averages 10-14 mpg depending on speed and headwind.

The previous owners removed a few things: coffee maker, TV antenna, and microwave. They also upsized and relocated the propane tank to the rear of the vehicle.
We have upgraded the fridge with a 12v compressor fridge, upgraded the faucet, and replaced the water pump. The front center console was upgraded to a newer style for extra storage, and a head unit was added for Bluetooth connectivity.

Generator starts and runs although we hardly ever used it.
The only issue at the moment is that the air bags need topping off after a few days. Small leak, I just havent chased it down given that it is still winter.

Will include a nearly new cover, leveling blocks, tire chains, sewer line, and 30A electrical cord.
