Possibly the simplest RV with lowest maintenance costs, and highest reliability, with easy to drive and park, desirable short 25 length. Yet very spacious inside, slips up to 6 people, has a separate shower, queen size bed, separate fridge and freezer etc. On the outside it looks the same as some new RVs as it has the updated cabin and front end.V8 Ford Triton engine provides better fuel economy (regular gasoline) and easier/cheaper maintenance comparing to more common V10, but has more than sufficient power for this RV not burdened by (frequently leaking or needed repair) heavy slide-outs. No slide outs here! Can tow a car/trailer up to 5000 pounds. No oil leaks or even drips, no smells, no cigarette or other odors. Even curtains and seat/mattress covers have been freshly washed.Good Michelin (not cheap no-name) tires with plenty of tread left, good brake pads and rotors. No error lights. Engine compression has been checked, it is good and even. With past oil changes every 6000 miles the engine runs very strong and is not burning oil, exhaust pipe is very clean. Freshly changed: spark plugs, all ignition coils, coolant and engine oil. Roof domes checked Dometic AC cover replaced. Ready for the road, no service needed now, as on many low mileage RVs with deferred maintenance. No accidents, original paint. Running boards/steps under the cabin doors are installed.Brand new battery just installed February 2025.
