-No smoking ever! No interior or exterior design/layout modifications (like original).

-Original factory tires except one Goodyear Endurance tire replaced (same size/brand as original) due to puncture. Estimate tires have total of 5,500 miles (see photos).

-RV kept in covered storage in Cape Coral, FL (near Fort Myers)
