I purchased this Toy Hauler in August of 2022 from a single owner who utilized it twice. Me, my wife and children were living in it full time and traveled from Pennsylvania and back to Florida. My wife's business started picking up in Florida so we are now renting a house. 

It comes with a washing machine and dryer. Two slides. One of them is a double slide, which makes the master bedroom. I recently replaced both left and right motors on one of the slides because it was beginning to slow down and now is very efficient.  The roof is a good condition and all the seals have been replaced annually.

I built a second queen sized bed in the toy hauling section just below the one that comes down from the ceiling using the Happy Jack system. 

I have recently replaced the suspension system in the past 9 months, rebuilt the water control center, replaced the front gray tank and corrugated underbelly, and replaced the secondary RV awning canvas. 

This has been a great RV for our family and it would be great for any family looking to go full time. I am selling our 2022 GMC Sierra 3500 with 24,000 miles that we used to pull it in addition if interested for $50,000.
