2022 Four Wheel Camper Grandby on 2006 Ford F-150

I have hugely enjoyed this popup camper and thought I was going to travel in it for the rest of my life but am now relocating to Spain. My loss will hopefully be the source of someone else's wonderful trips and delight.

It is a Dec. 2022 build Grandy front dinette plan with no bathroom, but a portable cassette toilet. It has the maximal solar power options, so It can be up to 2 weeks off-grid. Everything works well, including the furnace. The interior ceiling experienced some mildew when it was parked for a few months during winter on the Oregon coast. It has been totally cleaned and disinfected, but the mildew left some gray stains on some of the wood panel strips on the ceiling, as well as some faint spots on the ceiling itself (see photos). Without the stains I think $36K would be a fair price, but I am discounting for that issue.The price of $32,500 is for both the camper and truck, and I will throw in several hundred dollars worth of camping equipment if interested. I am also open to selling the camper and truck separately--$27K for the camper and $5K for the truck--if someone is seriously interested in the FWC alone.
