Beautiful and spacious fifth wheel perfectly designed for full-time living. We bought this rig for a year on the road while my partner finished up school. The previous owner had it from 2021-2023 and had only used it for a few camping weekends. We purchased it in December 2023, and have lived in it full-time since May 2024. It will be available for pick up in Fort McDowell, AZ on the following dates ONLY, as our schedules are a bit complicated: January 11/12, January 19 or March 8/9/10. The rig is in excellent condition with around 4,000 miles on it. Inside, there is a trendy living space complete with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, and large TV. The layout is actually quite thoughtful--we maximized the space with some different furniture that made it great for full-time living, but an air mattress still works perfectly for an overnight guest. We have not made any permanent/non-reversible renovations to the rig. The large windows let in natural light and offer beautiful views of the surrounding scenery. The bedroom has an upgraded mattress that was basically brand new when we purchased the rig. There is tons of storage under the bed and in the closet. The bathroom might be the best part of the rig. It has a full-sized shower, and the sink is part of the slide out making the space feel huge. Smoke and pet free.

Included with the sale is most of our gear, such as the portable washing machine, air mattress, cleaning supplies, Watchdog surge protector, all hoses and cords, and some basic maintenance equipment. Whether you're a full-time RVer or a weekend warrior, the rig has everything you need to enjoy life on the road in comfort and style. It was just inspected and maintenanced.
