No sway hitch package included. Winterized- carbon monoxide detector beeps, electric hitch is not engaging, might need a new battery, to correct these issues based on my

limited research. Kitchen sink drain was over tightened at the manufacturer I assume, and has cracked. Looks like an easy fix, I do not have time at the moment to tackle it.

I was only in the camper 3 weeks- I literally only slept in the camper used the potty hook up, and had the cold running water. Never cooked or showered- never ran the heat, never turned the propane on. It’s still brand new in many ways; I read that it’s like a new car, or boat with a break in period.
