This trailer is one of a kind, very clean and well maintained. Ready for her next owner to make a dream trailer out of it.

The floor was replaced due to small damage for heavy weight. The kitchen, living room and rear bathroom was repainted. The living room furniture is removed and you can bring your own dream furniture to make it as you like it. The living room and rear bathroom curtains are also removed so you can bring your own favorite style/color. There is a small issue with the power cable that connects the RV to the city grid, I have the new cable ready to be replaced, you might need an electrician to replace it.

The slide in the photos are not fully extended due to lack of space but it will go out all the way and you will have more room in the living room. The bottom of the slide is starting to rot due to rain and water damage, you might have to replace it soon.

Everything is fully functioning and working on this unit, with a little TLC you can make it your dream trailer.
