This 2022 Jayco Eagle HT 321RSTS is a top-of-the-line Fifth Wheel camper that comes with luxury packages for year-round use (insulated for 0 degree weather). We used the RV for 18 months as a temporary home while building our permanent home. The RV has remained stationary, so the tires have less than 350 miles on them. The underbelly ducted heating system is 35,000 BTUs. There are dual 30lb propane tanks with auto-regulators. There are two 15,000 BTU air conditioners that provide separate cooling for the bedroom and living spaces. It requires a 50 amp electric service. It comes with an easy access, interior JayCommand Smart RV System for complete control of all the RV's systems, including auto-leveling. The water tanks hold: 81 gals Fresh Water, 2 Gray (87 gals total), and 50 gals Black. Optional equipment provided with this RV includes: solar package, tinted safety glass, king bed and 5 year exterior paint, molding and trim protection. There are two electric controlled patio awnings with dimmable LED lights. Most interior and exterior lighting is dimmable with integrated LED lights.

The kitchen is fully equipped with solid surface counter tops, an island with a double stainless-steel sink, a three burner propane stainless steel stove and oven, a microwave/convection oven with exhaust fan, and a full size refrigerator with ice maker. The living room has a 4k Ultra HD Smart TV and LED electric fireplace with 5,000 BTU heating that provides both ambience and supplemental heat. The bedroom comes with a smart TV as well. The RV is fitted with washer/dryer hook-ups in one of the bedroom closets. The bedroom is well equipped with storage space, including tilt-up under-bed.
