We're selling our 2024 Alliance Avenue 37 MBR as we've completed our use of the camper and are ready to send it to it's next owner. My wife and I spent a year full time living in the unit with it on site of our under construction home, and just last week we took delivery of the home, and moved out of the camper.The unit is currently at General RV getting some minor warranty work completed, but the unit is absolutely immaculate and ready to go. Not a single issue with it, everything works great, well taken care of unit. Even the sales person at the store said this is one of the best looking units he's seen for someone who had lived in it full time for a year.I am looking for $70k, and just trying to get out of it what we owe on it.
