All appliances, 6 gallon water heater and A/C work as designed. Tires are in good condition with approximately 4,000 miles. The power awning is 21’ and has LED lighting as does the front cap. The unit has power and we maintain 2 dehumidifiers and damp rid in the unit. Items included with the sale are weight distribution hitch anti-sway bar. Rear mount spare tire. 22 gallon portable sewage (camel).Sewage hose with fittings. Fresh water hose, non potable water hose, new water filter, 30 amp power cable with 50 amp adaptor and 115 volt adapter (2) 20lb LP tanks. a 9x12 sand rug and camp table. The Exterior shows minimal wear for a unit this age, well maintained, washed/waxed regularly. The roof is excellent condition and inspected at least twice per year and after most excursions. The slide room works as designed. The scissors style stabilizers show a little wear, but are maintained and work as designed.
