Description
We are motivated to sell , new rig has arrived and we need to find a new home for our beautiful Lazy Daze M-31!
For those of you who know and appreciate the Lazy Daze brand of Class C RV’s we are offering an excellent example of one for sale in Florida. This model is a 2012 M31 Ford E450 (V10) with the Island bed option. The handcrafted body frame. is clad in Aircraft grade sheet aluminum with a fiberglass cap over the cab. the roof is also clad with aluminum and is completely walkable for cleaning and maintenance activities. 77K miles.
Propane / electric Dometic Fridge. Propane hot water heater. Propane stove and oven (never used the oven). Solar 115 watt panel for charging house batteries. Dometic A/C with heat pump. Propane furnace (used rarely.) 2 12 volt TVs. Pull out couch for extra bed. All wood cabinets; caseworks are plywood with wood veneer; cabinet doors are all solid wood - NO fake wood vinyl prints. instead of a bunk over cab it has an entertainment center and storage cabinets. Great for 2 people and for dry camping. We have owned it since October of 2021 and have given it regular maintenance and have added the following upgrades.
- New AGM house batteries April 2022 (no battery acid/water additions needed)
- New Monroe Shocks July 2022 (with coil over shock on rear for better load bearing)
- Black tank turbo rinse fitting June 2022
- Safe-T-Plus steering damper May 2022
- New Michelin Agillis tires all around (2-13-2024)
- Auto trans fluid and filter change (5-29-2024)
- Sumo Springs all 4 corners (9-19-2024)
- Max Air Vent covers August 2023
- Replace AC roof gasket, wash and reseal roof (4-16-2024)
- New AGM Chassis battery May 2024- New Microwave April 2024
- Engine Oil changes at regular intervals using full synthetic blend motor oil
We just completed a trip from our home base to the Albuquerque, NM Balloon Fiesta and return with no mechanical issues. The suspension upgrades made for a better ride all around! The only problem is a minor cosmetic one where the paint on the front corners of the hood have peeled down to the base coat and needs to be retouched (just the base grey coat is showing thru). It also has a small scratch in a back corner cap piece that was noted as minor cosmetic damage in the CarFax report. The rest of the full body paint job is in excellent shape as we store the RV in an enclosed commercial storage bay.Blue Ox towing set up in rear photo is not included in the sale. However, we do have a Demco tow bar (our backup) available if buyer wants it. Any personal items in the photos will be removed. All original Documentation manuals and the Lazy Daze manual are in the RV for reference to a new owner.Asking $55,000 - no dealers, please. DM for more information. We are in North Florida. If the listing is up, the RV is available. This listing is cross posted on other groups and sales site. Reason for sale: moving to slightly bigger rig.
