Excellent condition. Used for 5 weekends with wife and daughter. Way too many great features to mention. I recommend the Brinkley website to learn. I have owned many fifth wheels and the Brinkley brand is by far the best designed and value. Work is not allowing me enough time to enjoy it. Fifth wheel is currently in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
