Welcome home! This is a great camper for a family. The double sized bunk beds, u-shaped dinette and master bedroom give more space for sleeping, eating and gathering and are the hallmarks of this well-rounded camper. The large window at the dinette allows for great views of wildlife and scenery at any of your favorite campsites. The master bedroom has privacy doors, double closets, storage above and below the queen sized bed. The kitchen offers lots of amenities, including plenty of counter space with a beautiful, marbled solid surface countertop, a microwave, 3 range burner stovetop, oven and a large stainless steel sink with cover that adds additional space. The u-shaped dinette seats 4-6 and has large pull out drawers for storing essentials. The refrigerator is a full sized, 10 cubic feet refrigerator and freezer combo that is capable of storing an abundance of food for longer trips. The 15,000 BTU ice cold air conditioning quickly cools this camper, even in the hottest weather. This camper also has a separate entrance for the bathroom that boasts a shower/tub combo, bathroom sink, vanity and medicine cabinet with storage. There is a TV mount above the fireplace and outside, with an additional space to mount a TV in the master bedroom. Outside you will find a propane quick connect, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, solar connection, access doors to two storage areas and under the bunk storage, large electric awning with led lights, speakers linked to inside radio, pet latch, convenience light, and electrical/water connections. A 50 watt solar panel is installed and trickle charges the battery. Several upgrades and routine maintenance have been completed on this camper. The camper was properly winterized in November, dewinterized and tanks sanitized in May. Goodyear endurance tires (ST225/75/R15) were installed in August 2022. Certificates from discount tire can be transferred to new owners name upon sale. The entire camper, roof and seals were washed and inspected in April. The water heater was descaled in May. Additional storage space was added under the dinette. The slide out has been lubricated with silicone slide out lube and the rubber seals have been conditioned to maintain and prolong function.
