I'm selling my fifth wheel trailer because my wife and I are not using it as often as we thought we would. It's located in an Rv park next to Lake Stockton. My Chaparral 360 IBL comes well equipped with features and interiors that are like a residential home. This unit has modern flooring that looks like wood in the living area, hall, bunk room and bath room. The dining area is partially carpeted with wood like flooring while the master bedroom is fully carpeted. I'm not certain of the material on the kitchen counter tops and the buffet island, however it looks like granite. There are two air conditioners. One of the a/c's is located in the living area and the other is in the master bedroom. The bunk room could sleep up to 4 kids or 2 adults. The master bedroom sleeps 2 adults. The sofa pulls out and makes into a bed for 2 adults. We've had 4 adults and 3 kids in the trailer over a weekend and it was fun. We're on the lake so most of our time has been spent on the water, therefore if 2-8 people are only in the trailer after a fun filled day on the water the trailer works great.
