We installed a mini split ac/heater while we lived in Texas, with the thought of saving us the original AC units from the Texas heat and it did! Iced us right out to be honest! Haha Both the mini split and residential refrigerator are only one year, barely used. The living area is ready for your comfy recliner or large dining table! Open to all the possibilities of your specific use of this 5th wheel. Sleeps 8, one pull out couch in livingroom, one pull out couch in the midbunk, loft and master bedroom.Two bedrooms and one full bathroom gives you privacy and space for families or working from home or on the road. Two awnings on the outside is what sold us on this camper, you have full shade on the entire entry side of the camper. 55 inch smart tv in the livingroom and 50 inch smart tv in the master bedroom give you great entertainment. Two grey tanks, one black tank, spacious shower. 2 in 1 laundry hook ups, solar ready and lots of basement storage. The roof is in excellent condition. I know Covid Campers are known for having problems, but the only one this camper has given us was a leak on the dining room slide. It was seen and fixed quickly after the first rain we had in the camper. This camper has been a blessing to us and we have kept it in good shape. We pray for someone else to be able to make as good of memories in it as we have! Disclaimer: While having the camper hauled, the driver dropped the 5th wheel onto his hitch and truck bed. We had it inspected by a professional camper repair shop and there was NO damage to the frame. The only damage was to a seal and fiberglass on the front cap. We decided to have the shop only repair the seal since the fiberglass damage is only cosmetic. I have all of the paperwork from the repair shop and pictures before and after damage if you would like to see.
