32 ft extra light travel trailer. King size bed. Walk in closet where the bunk beds used to be. Comes ready to live in. Has been used as a full time residence and is in great shape and has been very well taken care of. Moving into an apartment so all of the camper related stuff comes with the purchase. New tires and battery purchased this year. Security camera comes with the RV. Parked right now in storage.

Pictures/videos of RV were taken on Oct 27th 2024. The info/talking video was when I first bought it and the guy talks you thru how everything works. Battery and tires both new in 2024. Video camera attached to the roof near the door comes with the RV. Door stickers will be removed. Bedroom wallpaper is peel and stick and can be removed. Toilet needs replaced (new one costs about 200$ and can be done by self), need sewer hose, water hose (one with a heater if staying in cold area) and water filter - everything else you need for the RV comes with it. Comes with a small pop up tentshed. Comes with a portable grey tank if you can't hook up to sewer.
