Low mileage. Kept in warehouse, never stored outside. Company RV used to take to trade shows. We quit doing the shows and have use the RV maybe once a year since. Put new batteries on it last year.Gas engine. All slide outs work great. Air works. Ladder on back is bent. Other than that its in excellent condition.
