Description
2000 American Dream 37 RS, 38' in length, Cummins ISC 350 HP engine with 60,000 miles and still being used for 1 more trip to the mountains unless sold before then, this is a million mile engine that is barely broken in, 6 speed automatic Allison transmission with single stage engine brake, always stored inside when not in use, never wrecked, no damage, dings or scratches, original paint that is in excellent condition, no fading, no delamination, 2nd owner, aluminum roof with fiberglass coating, dual ducted ac's, power driver and passenger seats, queen size master bed, stove top has never been used / never cooked in, includes a washer / dryer combo that has never been used. Original owner removed the washer / dryer combo for additional storage space inside of the coach, but I have it stored in my building, and it goes with the coach. We removed the dining table and 4 standalone chairs which also go with the coach. We added the reclining sofa for additional sleeping capacity for our 3 kids who are now grown. TOYO tires with less than 10k miles on them, fully serviced late last year with only 2 trips taken this summer. New inverter installed 3 years ago and this is the only issue we have had with our coach. This coach has 2 exterior storage bays that go all the way across the coach and 1 of those bays has the pull-out storage. There is also a storage bay behind the passenger side front wheel pictured below and another storage bay in front of the driver's side wheel. 10-gallon LP / 110V water heater. Has a cedar lined closet / bedroom slide out that is 5' in length. Living room slide is 14' in length. Manual awning on the passenger side that is in excellent condition as you can see in the attached pics. Rain sensor roof vents in the bathroom and kitchen. Windows have separate awnings as well. I have attached several pictures and included images of the 3 original books, original invoice sticker that shows options and interior schematic. You can tell the quality of these older coaches are much better than the ones produced today. Entry door is solid, cabinets are solid, and the chassis sits on air ride all the way around and feels like you are riding on a cloud. We get compliments on this coach everywhere we go. Asking $34,500, clean and clear title in hand, cash is king, I will not finance it, and I do not need any assistance selling it other than this ad. I am located in Lebanon, TN and only 19 miles from the Nashville International Airport.
