We are newly married ready to settle down and decided to sell. The camper has an electric tongue jack, electric leveling jacks, full length awning, electric refrigerator, and camper king bed, which slides out. The garage area offers space for hauling, storage, or office space and has 2 foldable bunk beds. 

It comes with the Camco Rhino Portable Holding tank and removable toy hauler room shelf for extra storage, and the miscellaneous equipment needed to get on the road (2 30 amp power cords, 2 Camco Rhino black water hoses, 2 fresh water hoses, 3+ power adapter, ect.)

The pleather on the sofa is a bit worn, so we keep a cover on that. Otherwise, everything is in great shape, including the roof and awning.
