Selling a 1997 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 34J with a Chevy 454 Engine that belonged to my Dad. He bought it in 2019, but his health declined and he never got to use it. Was in excellent condition, but during that 5 years it got a little bit of damage. A windstorm broke the awning off (has not been replaced), and onto the top of the camper, which broke one of the dome windows and let in a little bit of water, but not much damage at all. Just let some dust in, and stained the carpet a bit, as far as I'm aware. You can see it in the pictures. That dome still needs to be replaced. There is a leak in the sunlight dome over the bathroom, as the carpet on the walls above the shower is a little discolored. Again, you can see it in the photos. Runs and drives. Less than 37,000 miles. A/C in the cabin doesn't work currently. Blower blows, but not cold. Didn't dig into why. Also, missing left side mirror since I took it to a storage facility, parked it next to the building (not realizing the parking break didn't work) and while I was inside, it rolled down the hill 20 feet and hit a fence knocking the mirror off, cracking the window a bit, and breaking the bumper. Pretty easily repairable. Drove it just enough to get the vin verification for title done, and to get an oil change. Has old gas, so it stalled a couple of times, then started right up again each time. Might need to clean the fuel injectors. Generally in pretty good shape, otherwise. They bought it for 7k in 2019, and never added any miles to it. With a little TLC, this could be yours at a steal of a price. I have a fifth wheel, so I just need to get it gone.
