This is a great rig and in very good condition. We used it very little as our health conditions changed. It's easy on gas consumption and not worn out. At 20 feet, it's a handy size that can fit into a parking space. Easy to drive with its huge side-view mirrors, back-up cam and comfortable driver and passenger seats. Fresh from Edge Vanworks shop, it has a brand new AGM battery and 2 refurbished (better than original) Lithium coach batteries that are charged both while driving and by solar panels when parked. An E-guard undercarriage guard was also intalled. The tires have less than 2K miles and it has Sumo springs on front. It has 50' of drinking water hose, a full cover, Lynx leveling blocks, and a memory foam mattress cover. A Blu-Ray video player and my favorite toy, a Midland MXT 275 GMRS transceiver and antenna.
