2018 Thor Chateau 26B Ford - Lower mileage, with light yearly use. Purchased to move across the country, used a few times the following year to camp, and then another cross country trip this past summer. We are settling down and no longer have a need for it. Well maintained, with a full inspection by Camper World at the beginning of the summer. Oil change before each long trip, brand new sealant on the roof/side skirts, fresh oil change on the generator (less than 40 hours on it total). Previous owner added front hitch, and upgraded rear suspension components. Will include all accessories/add-ons so its road/camping ready (septic hose, electrical hook ups, levelers, blocks, regulators, adapters, etc.). Minor flaws - Fresh water tank has an aftermarket drain valve, Corner trim vinyl has shrinkage - needs to be replaced, and interior leatherette is damaged in a few spots due to pets during the most recent cross country trip.
