1994 Lazy Daze 26.5 mid bath.

My parents purchased this brand new and they took great care of it. Upholstery and carpet look good. There is hail damage on the roof, but it’s been resealed with new vents and swamp cooler. New wax job in 2023.

Engine has had a tuneup, oil change, timing cover and water pump this year. I have all receipts.

Generator serviced in 2020. 297 miles on it.

Two new front tires were purchased in 2020. They have 1600 miles on them.

Four new rear Michelin tires were purchased in 2013. They have 3600 miles on them.

E350-7.5 L V8 runs good, but technician recommended a valve job because of occasional misfire. Everything else works fine.
