Each RVIA approved Seagate model is built on a 10" steal beam chassis, 2x6 floor joists, certified roof truss and sidewalls on 16: center, exterior weather Tyvek wrap, ice and water shield, Provent attic vent chutes with baffles, R-13 Kraft backed insulation for Sidewalls, R-19 Kraft backed insulation for roof, spray foam underbelly, and many other high quality building materials.
