Description

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c-Y-HZe1ZCM&authuser=0I built out this campervan in my shop and did all the work personally. It was previously a shuttle for a high-end Hotel before I purchased and converted. I have put about 4500 miles on the van, used it for a full elk season last fall, and have enjoyed it immensely. We are selling because we do not have the time to spend in the van and it would be better for someone who can enjoy it. All the details are in the attached video link on Youtube. Highlighted items:Quigley 4x4 system installed for shift on the fly off road flexibility400 Amp Hour off grid solar electric system with 3000w inverter, also has shore power connection40-gallon freshwater tank, water pump, freeze prevention system, pex piping, instant propane water heaterTiled shower, stow away composting toilet, lighting, and max air fan evacuation systems2 Maxxair Fans1 Mini split A/C and Heat with rear mounted condenserQueen Bed, cooling mattressCustom Aluminum bed frame made to be easily removed if any work needs to be done to the van in the future and to access electrical system/batteries.Custom wood cabinets throughout, black walnut counter topsCustom heated, massaging, electric captains chairs up front with swivels to become living room chairsCustom built storage areasFully encapsulated with closed cell foam insulation5.4 Cu Ft low voltage refrigeratorDeep stainless kitchen sink with flex faucet for indoor/outdoor useDrinking water faucet with reverse osmosis system for clean drinking waterFlip down Grill tableCedar tongue & groove ceilings12-gallon frame mounted propane tank with fill valvePropane range/ovenAmazon Fire Tv mounted to the cabinets for viewing while in bed - mofi internet router with Verizon sim cardExterior LED lights front, side, rear30-gallon gray water tank with ball valve for dumping frame mounted below the vanCustom wheels and new off-road tiresToo many extras to list them all. The van is mechanically in great shape, and I have had no issues with it. We hauled a trailer across country and the van pulled excellently. We keep a trickle charger on the van to keep the starter battery fully topped off when not in use. The starter battery was just replaced and is brand new. I paid $54,000 for the van before the conversion and put another $65,000 into the upgrades and build. So, I am selling this van at a great price to someone who can use it and enjoy it.
