This is a fantastic luxury camper toy hauler. It has only been used once this last winter.

The ramp comes down in the back and easily fits two 4 wheelers side-by-side. The ramp also can turn into a deck/patio. The toy hauler end also has an additional bunk space that drops down from the ceiling as well as washer/dryer hook-up.

Kitchen/dining/living areas all have beautiful fixtures, electric fireplace, tv, microwave, propane stove, and full-sized refrigerator. Dinette area has a bench seat that storage compartments inside. There is a sleeping nook above the kitchen for an additional sleeping space. In the living area there are two sets of loveseats. One set reclines and the other pulls out into an extra bed.This is a 5th wheel camper and not a trailer. It is still under warranty and will transfer to the next owner.
