This motorhome is great for both a handicap person and a very able bodied person, because the 800lb Brawn lift is wonderful for loading gear on and off the RV without caring things up steep RV stairs several times you can take all of your gear up in one or two loads. This motorhome is designed by Newmar to accommodate a handicap person.This motorhome is like new, the inside of this motorhome was redone two months ago. The seats where done with real leather hides. The driver, passenger and dinette were redone with the same leather hides they use in very high end Mercedes. The couch was replaced with a high end theater seating covered in black Italian leather. The theater seating is extremely comfortable and is powered so you have infinite positions. The carpet was replaced with a low cut black pile carpet. The window valances were recovered in a black silk fabric. We choose to use black so it wouldn't show the dirt and wear like the lighter colors will.The oil was changed every 3,000 miles with Ford Motorcraft oil. Just replaced all of the batteries and spent almost $4,000 on 7 new maintenance free new sealed batteries at battery plus. The tires have been recently replaced and the front brakes and rotors were replaced. A new windshield and wipers were put in because of a rock chip. The motorhome has been stored indoors and looks like new. This motorhome has a built in compressor to fill the tires and air horn. This motorhome is equipped with wheelchair lift. Inside there is a roll in shower, bathroom sink and a kitchen table which extends to accommodate a wheelchair. Near the front are two tie down bars that secure a wheelchair in place for traveling. Even with all three slides retracted there is enough room to wheel a wheelchair from front to back. Microwave/Convection oven, three burner stove and a residential refrigerator. There are two tv's inside with one the outside. Beautiful cabinetry wood looking flooring make it look very nice. It has two a/c units which have heat pumps as well. Two ceiling fans which have remotes and rain sensors. Washer and dryer. Master bedroom bed is power for raising and lowering. Electric fireplace. On the outside there is a Onan RV 5000 watt Generator and a 10 Gallon water heater and a electric 50 amp power cord.
