We purchased this in November 2023 with grand plans to travel, unfortunately, everything fell apart, we figured we would use it for weekend trips and short vacations until the time came to go full time. We have not used it once. The title has 30 less miles than the unit, as that was the distance to get it home. It does come with a 2013 Chevy equinox, which my wife liked so much we sold her 2021 vehicle and she uses it to go back and forth to work 4 days a week (7 miles). It has just over 94k miles on it, 45k of them are transportation miles behind the class A, so roughly 45k are non- running miles. Included is the Blue ox tow system, rear camera, also has the motorcycle rack too! Generator is basically new as it only has 8 hours on it. We have decided to sell it basically turnkey, all you will need is linens and food, all new kitchen items come with, ice maker, crock pot, griddle, pots, pans, utensils, brand new black stone grill, a dorm fridge ( we figured for outdoor drinks). As I was going through the motorhome today before listing it, I went through everything to make sure everything is 100%, unfortunately the main awning would not retract, I got it back to its original position, tested the motor, which works, but will need work to be operational, the tires look brand new, but are 5 years old, and even though it says low batteries, it fires right up. So with the awing, new tires (up to you) and batteries (up to you) and for the sake of selling this quickly we have decided to sell this for 130,000. This includes the car too. we paid 145,000 just for the motorhome alone. I have both titles in hand, free and clear.
