Description
Selling our immaculate 2010 Fleetwood Tioga Ranger 28Y. This RV has a solid construction on the Ford E450 chassis, V10 motor, 5 speed trans, aluminum frame coach, fiberglass siding and full body paint. Looks incredible for the year, you will not find a cleaner one out there!
The coach has been upgraded with WeldTec Designs 6" suspension kit ($10,000 installed). Correctly sprung for its weight, added ground clearance, rugged good looks and the best driving coach possible (google WeldTec Class C suspension). Dirt roads, wind, dips, off cambers, wash crossings, etc. are not a problem, this rig drives soooo good! Fox 2.0 remote reservoirs up front, Fox 2.0 smooth body in the rear, Deaver leaf spring pack, Helwig rear sway bar and front steering damper. Take this rig wherever you want to go, easy to drive, small enough for the best camp spots, yet fully self contained for camping in comfort.
28' in length, queen cab over bed, queen rear bed, 6' dinette, split bathroom (shower on one side, toilet/sink on the other) Rear queen bedroom can remain private while guests can still access bathroom (good feature). 31" TV up front, 20" TV in the rear. 50 gallons fresh water, 35 gallon black and gray each. 14 gallon propane, 55 gallon fuel. Onan 4000 onboard generator, BF Goodrich AT's (including spare), Renogy 1000w inverter, Tire Minder TPMS, Fully ducted roof AC, floor ducted heater, huge storage compartments, rear pass through cargo area, fresh lap seal on roof seams, fresh dicor clear silicone on outside seams, fully detailed inside and out, roof sealed with 303, looks like new!
We have used this coach regularly since we purchased in 2019. The best thing for RV's is to use them. When they sit they rot. This RV has been well cared for, covered when not in use, things fixed immediately when needed, regular maintenance and always driven with care. The motorhome has 39,500 miles and will go up as we have a couple more trips planned. We love this coach but are looking at other ways to camp and be on the road and want this to go to a good home. The paint still shines and feels good, no weird tribal graphics, no cracked stickers to deal with, everything works, drives super good and will get you down the dirt road to the killer camp spots. Looks like a new coach, WeldTec kit already installed (no wait!) and half the price of new. Reach out for more pics or any questions. located in Southern Utah.
