All the bells and whistles (queen bed, microwave, oven, 12v fridge, sofa, shower, exterior shower, pass-thru storage, etc) We love this camper and are only selling because of a real estate purchase. Great for boondocking with 12v fridge and $3000 in solar upgrades. 3-190w panels and 3-120ah lithium batteries as well as a Victron battery shunt for monitoring (gauge and bluetooth model). Batteries mounted inside under bed for better security and cold weather camping. Camp indefinitely with or without shorepower. The 12v TV was replaced with a 120v Roku smart TV. It can be run off 12v, if desired, with the onboard inverter or a small inverter (included) plugged directly into TV, but adds the ability to play smart apps and movies from USB. Stove dial light just replaced which was the only known item not in working order. We had a "no #2" rule for the powder room so tank is very clean. Camper is at a storage location so 3 hours notice requested for showings. Includes weight distribution hitch. Camper is owned outright so quick sale is possible with verifiable bank cashiers check.
