Original owner, purchased new from Cookeville RV in April 2021. Items added after purchase include a second house battery, slide-out awning, and backup camera. The trailer is in great condition. There have never been any accidents. There has never been any damage. The only repairs are minor punch list items after purchasing new and replacing one of the A/C's under warranty. It was not cooling and the unit was not repaired but entirely replace. It is kept under cover as shown in the pictures when not in use.
