We are selling it because our middle-school kids have more and more activities and we are using it less. It is located in Clifton, TN (in between Memphis and Nashville).

This 2018 Grand Design Reflection 311BHS is a 37-foot fifth wheel RV with a floor plan that includes a master bedroom/full-bath, bunkroom/half-bath, full kitchen with island, living room with theater room seating, dinette with seating for four, outdoor kitchen, and plenty of storage. The four-slides (recently serviced) make the camper seem much bigger than it is - our family of five had TONS of room for everything.

Items it will need in the near future - I would plan on replacing the tires in the next 5,000 miles and the theater room seating has some peeling (needs re-upholstery).

This is a well-cared for, four-season camper that won't disappoint. I priced it around wholesale to move it quickly as we are selling the land it sits on.
