This 35’, bath and a half, two slide, Black Beauty is all ready to share your adventures. I don’t believe you will find a better RV for the money. It has $21,000 factory installed options. (See photo) All photos shown are from when we purchased it, but it is in essentially the same condition. It’s been very well cared for. We will be happy to provide the new owner with about $1,ooo worth of new and/or gently used equipment, parts, and other useful items (see photo). I will provide any current other photos requested.

We are the second owners and have owned the unit since spring of 2017. When we purchased it, it had under 10,000 miles on it and was in almost unused condition. We have only used it basically for an annual winter trip 3-4 months at a time and an occasional Fall trip. It has been gently driven, right lane, low RPM where possible, as well as mechanically and cosmetically maintained. I have also maintained the roof edge seals and regularly washed and waxed the roof as well as the body.

All tires were replaced in June of 2021 and they have approximately 8,000 miles on them. I keep the pressure at 90 psi and it’s checked regularly. The generator has had regular maintenance as well as new plugs and fuel filter ahead of when required.

We are both honest and trustworthy, I will gladly and honestly answer any questions regarding condition, and maintenance history. If you are new to camping or going from another style to a Class A, I’ll provide any information I can to assist.
