The solar power includes three 100 watt panels, which can easily recharge the batteries on a sunny day, two 100 Ah Renogy lithium batteries, just over 2 years old, and a 1500 watt Go Power inverter, which easily runs the microwave. The generator is a recently serviced Onan MicroLite 2800, with a Charge Wizard for quickly charging the lithium batteries when necessary. Included is a weBoost cell phone booster with antenna. The Dometic refrigerator is the earlier far superior model manufactured in Sweden rather than China. It functions perfectly at 10,000' verses the newer models.

The living area features a rear bed with a full sized custom latex mattress in great condition, with a wool mattress pad, and a comfortable dinette, with newer cushions. The cabover bed is 54"x75" with additional storage and a Max Air fan and vent. There is very good counter space for a small RV in the kitchen, which has a three burner stove, a spice rack, a double sink and flip up counter extension. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower and there is a separate sink and vanity, providing all the convenience of home on the road. The furnace and air conditioner work perfectly.

The water pump, propane detector, inverter, headlights and awning were replaced this year. The sales price also contains the necessary devices for maintaining the tanks, and winterizing, if necessary.
