This motorhome is a compact package great for maneuvering just about anywhere. It is 25 feet long, the shortest you can get with a full size bed on the main level. It is in great shape.

The 7 seat belts include 4 on the dinette, 2 up front, and 1 on the chair behind the driver seat. The chair rotates and is perfect for an adult to watch kids on the dinette or to separate a squabbling kid.

The dinette is long enough for most adults to stretch out and the bed above the cab is larger than a king - unlike many motorhomes, it takes up the whole area.

The bed in the back allows parents privacy and has plenty of storage above it.

Everything works, from the stove, water heater, refrigerator, and microwave/ convection oven, to the shower, toilet, water pump, water heater, furnace, and AC. It includes an Onan Microquiet 4000 so it's completely self contained.

This has the Ford V8 and is rated to tow up to 8,000 lbs. We towed our minivan on a tow dolly without any problems.

The old fluorescent lights have been completely replaced with LED lights for brighter light and lower power usage.

The water tank is BIG and allows far more use between fillups than our old RV. The refrigerator keeps food cold in the hottest of weather.

In the last year, the water pump, belt, and radiator have been replaced.
