Excellent condition. Used for two summers, and mostly parked for sporadic use while building a cabin in the mountains. Red trim, solar panels, indoor and outdoor stereo and multi-media set-up, tv, two burner propane stove, microwave, refrigerator, outside awning, outside shower connections, and HVAC. Easily switch from AC to DC/Solar, and propane when necessary.Sleeps 3 - queen bed in rear (we have a standard queen mattress with pillow top on it now, but the new, standard queen mattress pad will come with it) and table which converts to a twin bed. Shower room with toilet that hasn't been used. We used campground facilities.The trailer is currently in Clark, CO (35 minutes north of Steamboat Springs). We can bring it to Steamboat, Denver or elsewhere on the Front Range, for an interested buyer.
